Data Deletion Request
If you have interacted with AnchorPage through Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp and would like AnchorPage-held data associated with that interaction removed, you can request deletion at any time.
How to request deletion
Send your request to info@anchorpage.co.uk with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
To help us identify the correct records, include:
- Your full name.
- The email address or phone number you used with AnchorPage, where applicable.
- The platform involved: Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp.
- Your relevant username, profile name or account identifier, if known.
- A short note confirming that you want AnchorPage-held data associated with that interaction deleted.
What happens next
We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to you before deleting records. Once verified, AnchorPage will remove data held in its own systems that is covered by the request, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete valid requests as soon as reasonably practical.
